Publication Frequency
- The journal is published Quarterly (March, June, September, and December).
- Accepted manuscripts will be published online ahead of print as “Articles in Press.”
Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts early enough for review, revision, acceptance, and online publication within the appropriate issue schedule.
