Abstract


This study evaluates the ethical practices and corporate governance frameworks of multinational companies (MNCs) operating in Nigeria. It explores the alignment of these companies with Nigeria's regulatory standards, such as the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance (NCCG) 2018, and international best practices. The research identifies key challenges, including regulatory enforcement gaps, cultural influences, and corruption, while highlighting initiatives aimed at enhancing ethical conduct and governance. The study concludes with recommendations to strengthen corporate governance and ethical practices among MNCs in Nigeria.
