The exponential growth of the internet has revolutionized the way intellectual property (IP) is created, distributed, and consumed. While this transformation has democratized access to content and facilitated global commerce, it has also significantly complicated the enforcement of IP rights across jurisdictions. This research explores the legal, institutional, and technological challenges in the cross-border enforcement of IP rights in the digital age. Drawing upon international treaties, case law, and enforcement mechanisms, the study examines existing frameworks such as the TRIPS Agreement, WIPO Internet Treaties, and bilateral trade agreements. The findings reveal a pressing need for greater international cooperation, harmonization of laws, and innovative enforcement strategies that leverage digital technology. The study concludes with targeted recommendations for policymakers, legal practitioners, and international institutions to enhance the cross-border enforcement of IP rights while balancing interests of creators, users, and digital platforms.
